My bridge transfer has not arrived
Most transfers arrive within a couple of minutes. Check the network you are looking at first.
The bridge moves COOK and SOL between Solana and Cookie Chain. Open it from Swap › Bridge. Most transfers arrive within a couple of minutes.
If you cannot see it
- Switch to the network you sent to. Morsel shows one network at a time, so bridged funds appear only on the destination network.
- Open the transfer in your activity and check it on the explorer.
- Give it a few more minutes if the network is busy.
Fees
Morsel takes a 0.3% fee from the amount you bridge, shown on the review before you confirm. The network fee is separate.
If a transfer has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction link.
