Morsel will never ask for your Secret Recovery Phrase
Not by email, DM, call or form. How to recognise the scams that try.
Your Secret Recovery Phrase and private key give full control of your wallet. Morsel never needs them and will never ask for them: not by email, in a DM, on a call, or in our support form.
Common tricks
- "Support agents" who message you first on X, Discord or Telegram.
- Sites that ask you to "validate", "sync" or "restore" your wallet.
- Airdropped tokens or NFTs with a link to claim something.
Real Morsel support only answers through our official X account, our Discord and support@morselwallet.app, and only emails you from an @morselwallet.app address.
If you already shared your phrase, act now: see "I think my wallet is compromised".
