Common causes

  • Insufficient gas: You do not have enough COOKIE to cover the network fee. Add more COOKIE to your wallet.
  • Slippage exceeded: The price moved beyond your slippage tolerance. Increase slippage in swap settings and retry.
  • Network congestion: The Cookie Chain network is busy. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Reverted by contract: The smart contract rejected the transaction. Check that you meet any contract requirements (e.g. minimum amounts).

What to do

  1. Check your COOKIE balance for gas.
  2. Try the transaction again after a short wait.
  3. If it keeps failing, contact support with your transaction hash.
