My private send is still in progress
Private Route pays out in batches every few minutes. Large amounts can arrive in parts.
A Private Route send goes to Morsel's route first, and the recipient is paid from a different wallet in the next batch. Batches run every few minutes, so Private route in progress is normal for a short while.
- Large amounts are paid in several parts across batches.
- The Private Route fee is 1% plus the network cost, shown before you confirm.
- Private Route works with COOK on Cookie Chain.
If a private send is still in progress after an hour, contact support. Include the time and amount, never your phrase or key.
