Why do COOK staking rewards show 0%?
Morsel shows the real reward rate. On Cookie Chain it is currently zero, and here is why.
COOK staking rewards come from the network's inflation. Cookie Chain's inflation is currently set to zero, so stakers earn nothing for now. Morsel shows that honestly as 0%, with the reason, instead of an estimate.
Your staked COOK is still yours and still helps secure the network. You can unstake whenever you like.
If the network's inflation changes, the rate in the app changes with it.
