Unstaking and withdrawing

Unstaking finishes at the end of the network's epoch. Then you withdraw the stake to your wallet.

Staking happens in two steps on the way out.

  1. Open the stake from Stake and tap Unstake. It keeps counting until the current epoch ends. Morsel shows when that is.
  2. When it says the stake is ready to withdraw, tap Withdraw. Everything in the stake account comes back to your wallet, including the account deposit.

A stake that never became active stops at once, and you can withdraw it right away.

"Not enough COOK to stake"

A new stake needs a small account deposit plus the network fee, on top of the amount. You get the deposit back when you withdraw. On Solana the same applies in SOL.
